Now You See Me, Now You Don’t by Silvia Borando

This is a book with no words, which means you can make up your own story.  I like to use this book with Pre-K and under because it keeps them interactive with the story.  On each page there are 11 animals, every time you turn the page an animal disappears except for its eyes.  The children need to use the clues ( color of the page, the location and their memory) to figure out which animal has disappeared and, most of all, why is one special animal always disappearing.
